I buy from Murugan stores.You can buy branded also.Only soaking instructions to be followed and water measurement for grinding is important .
Mam can we make dosa (crispy) with the same batter we have to make separately and we are not getting whole urad here how much extra quantity of urad I have to increase for split urad
