Mam I still use your recipes from the very first hard copy book you published in 2000 you should see the condition of the book it’s all messy by touching it while cooking especially the veggie curries book is my all time favorite thank you so much for writing to me much love and regards

    Ms.Mallilgaa, I don’t agree with you for calling this extremely nutritious Vengaaya Saambaar, as Hotel Saambaar!!
    They will Never use these many superb and natural Herbal ingredients in any case!!
    As far as I know, our Coimbatore’s Annapoornaa Hotel and Gowri Shankar Hotel are the only couple of hotels that deliver Saambaar with some homely taste.
    Even they won’t use these ingredients!! Thanks a lot and I call this as “Mother’s Saambaar!”

    All others are using only this formula over the decades. “Hot Water+Saambaar Podi+Salt+Chilly Powder+Left Over Saambaar of Yesterday”.
